Reports say that Chris Brown has been ordered to remove graffiti that is covering the concrete walls in front of his Hollywood Hills home. According to E! News, Chris' neighbors complained to L.A. councilmember Tom Labonge's office about the graffiti and the department of building and safety, who issued Chris an order to comply to remove the graffiti, which is a code violation.
Meanwhile, it seems like Chris wasn't too happy on his birthday on Sunday (May 5th). He tweeted, "***** can't even be happy on his birthday! I'm over trying to please y'all! I'm catching any FADES. On god! Im wit all the bullsh*t! I'm personally so f***** tired of people it's sick! Who made y'all god!!!! Society is f*** overrated and a bunch of followers."
After he deleted those tweets, he wrote, "Someone asked what I wanted for my BDAY?? My reply: PEACE! Just remember to keep ya muthaf**** head up. Live and you f***** learn!"
He later added, "Ima just focus on my music."
LAURYN HILL IS GOING TO JAIL
According to TMZ, Lauryn Hill has been sentenced to three months in jail for failing to pay her taxes. This news comes just after Lauryn's attorney confirmed that she paid over $900,000 of the remaining debt on Sunday. She was also reportedly sentenced to three additional months of home confinement.

TREY SONGZ OFF THE HOOK IN STRIP CLUB ASSAULT CASE
Trey Songz is off the hook in the strip club assault case. As previously reported, Trey was arrested for assault in NYC after a woman at Club Perfections said that Trey threw "sum of United States currency" at her face, "causing substantial pain to her left eye." According to TMZ, prosecutors couldn't determine if Trey actually did slap the woman. The Queen D.A. office told the site that even if Trey did throw the cash, "There would be no clear case of misconduct. There was just no high level of recklessness."
Tamar Braxton had a Backyard Boogie Baby Shower at Hotel Bel-Air on Sunday (May 5th). According to Rap Up TV, the singer and reality star had a carnival themed baby shower. Her mom and sisters Towanda, Traci, Trina and Toni were all on hand. Tamar's friend Tiny and hubby T.I. showed up.
CHRIS 'MAC DADDY' KELLY OF KRIS KROSS DIES
Chris "Mac Daddy" Kelly of the 90's rap group Kris Kross has died at age 34. Atlanta radio DJ Gregg Street broke the news, saying in a statement that Chris was found unresponsive in his home on Wednesday night (May 1st) and was declared dead later in the evening. He said, "Everyone knows Kriss Kross for their music and the crazy way they used to dress, but once they started working with So So Def, they became family. Around 7:45 I received a phone call from his cousin saying they had found Kelly at the house just 20 minutes earlier and he was unresponsive. I just received confirmation that he has passed." ABC News reported that investigator Betty Honey of the Fulton County Medical Examiner's office said that Kelly was pronounced dead around 5pm Wednesday (May 1st) at the south campus of Atlanta Medical Center. No cause of death has been announced as of yet. His autopsy is scheduled for today (May 2nd). Kris Kross -- made up Chris "Mac Daddy" Kelly and Chris "Daddy Mac" Smith, were known for their huge hit "Jump" and for wearing their clothes backwards. The two recently performed at the 20th anniversary party for So So Def.
Lil Wayne has released a public apology to the family of Emmett Till's family for his lyrics on Future's "Karate Chop (Remix)." In the song, he rapped, "I beat the p*ssy up like Emmett Till." Although two months late, Wayne wrote in a letter, "It has come to my attention that lyrics from my contribution to a fellow artist's song has deeply offended your family. As a father myself, I cannot imagine the pain that your family has had to endure. I would like to take a moment to acknowledge your hurt, as well as the letter you sent to me via your attorneys." He continued, "Moving forward, I will not use or reference Emmett Till or the Till family in my music, especially in an inappropriate manner. I fully support Epic Record's decision to take down the unauthorized version of the song and to not include the reference in the version that went to retail. I will not be performing the lyrics that contain that reference live and have removed them from my catalogue." He added, "I have tremendous respect for those who paved the way for the liberty and opportunities that African-Americans currently enjoy. As a business owner who employs several African-American employees and gives philanthropically to organizations that help youth to pursue their dreams my ultimate intention is to uplift rather than degrade our community."
LIL WAYNE SUFFERS ANOTHER SEIZURE According to TMZ, Lil Wayne has suffered another seizure. He was taken to Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles on Tuesday night (April 30th) by his bodyguards. He was treated and released Wednesday morning (May 1st).
WAKA FLOCKA FLAME ON GUCCI MANE: HE'S 'JEALOUS' Print This Story Waka Flocka Flame has opened up about where he is in his relationship with Gucci Mane. In an interview with The Combat Jack Show, Waka said that he is over being disrespected by Gucci. He said, "I don't know what secret feelings that man got. BEYONCE'S RIDER REVEALED In other news, the alleged rider of Beyonce has been revealed. According to a UK Magazine, Beyonce's rider includes off white walls in her dressing room, a new toilet seat for every event with red toilet paper, no junk food -- only glass platters of almonds, oatcakes and she there's strict green-only policy when it comes to the salad bar. The rider also insists that Bey's crew wear 100% pure cotton clothes, she wants special titanium straws -- which are used to drink a special alkaline water that's served at 21 degrees.
AMBER ROSE REVEALS WHY SHE HAD A C-SECTION
Amber Rose has revealed why she had to have a c-section when she gave birth to her son Sebastian. In an interview with Ricki Lake, Amber talked about wanting to have a natural water birth at home, but had have a c-section because the baby was breech. She said, "At 37 weeks one of the midwives said that that big lump right there on my top by my ribs was the baby's head. My ideal birth plan was just down the drain." She continued, "I tried mugwort, acupuncture and then my last resort was a version, which is when you go to the hospital and they manually try to turn your baby. They push his head down and push his butt up ... It hurt a lot. It was very painful. I cried. At that point, after I tried everything, I was like, 'I just want my baby, if I have to have a c-section, fine.' But I told Wiz, 'If we go to the hospital and my baby turns around, I'm going back home!' " Wiz Khalifa then chimed in, "Of course it wasn't ... what we wanted to happen, but as mentally prepared as we were for the home birth, we had to get as prepared for the c-section." Amber said that when she went in for the c-section, she was "terrified, shaking. I was so scared. But then Wiz came in [and] he just talked to me the whole time." She then added, "I feel like I made the right decision, but I knew right after having a c-section that [with] our next baby I definitely want to have my baby at home."
Earlier this month, DMX was featured on the season premiere of Iyanla Vanzant's OWN network show, Iyanla: Fix My Life. During the episode, the rapper was confronted over his drug use by his estranged son, Xavier. The show didn't end well as DMX refused to give up alcohol and drugs in order to have a relationship with his son. Well the dust still hasn't settled as DMX is now maintaining that he was tricked into appearing on the show and threatening legal action.
According to the rapper, he was suppose to be there to address his addiction to women not drugs and none of the drug related questions were cleared beforehand. The rapper recently told TMZ.com, "Iyanla set the whole thing up to make me look bad for ratings."
He added, "That lady is toxic ... My last words to her were that she can suck my d*** and she still can."
According to the rapper, his legal team is now exploring their options and they wanted the episode pulled from the network asap.
Obviously this video isn't as vicious as some blogs made it out to be...but having tracks pulled is never the business
SNIPPETS LEAKED FROM JAY-Z'S EXECUTIVE PRODUCED 'THE GREAT GATSBY'
Snippets of songs from the soundtrack to Baz Luhrmann’s The Great Gatsby have hit the net. Two of the most highly anticipated tracks from the project are Jay-Z’s new single and his wife Beyoncé’s duet with Andre 3000 of OutKast.
The Beyoncé and Andre track is a cover of Amy Winehouse’s 2006 classic "Back to Black." Jay’s song is titled "100$ Bill." The rapper/businessman/sports agent also served as the executive producer for the album.
The 14-track project will also include songs by will.i.am, Lana Del Rey, Fergie & Q-Tip, Emeli Sandé, and others.
The soundtrack is now available for pre-sale on various online retailers. The regular version is scheduled for digital and physical release on May 7th.

KELLY ROWLAND ATTENDS GLAAD AWARDS
Kelly Rowland attended the GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday night, April 20th. The singer posed on the red carpet with Cloris Leachmanand performed at the event.
Rowland's new album, Talk A Good Game, will be out in June. It features a collaboration with Beyonce and Michelle Williams.
KEYSHIA COLE DUETS WITH A FAN IN LOS ANGELES
Keyshia Cole has been touring on her Woman To Woman tour with Chrisette Michele and Mateo. On Saturday night, Cole invited a fan up to perform with her at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles but had to check the fan when she tried to sing Cole's part of the song.
