Well a school suppose to be a safe haven for kids outside of their parents view.. but the school I work to is the total opposite. First the women who work here, are ignorant, childish, and above all MESSY. I've never seen a click of women who hate on kids, gossip about other kids with their classmates, and very unprofessional. When i first started this job, I thought it was great, but as time progressed I saw the reality of my co-workers. Some people I wouldnt want kids( If i had any) to know or be around. Parents make sure you are a involved parent in your kids school because your kid could be the topic of grown ass women conversations and hatred.

I must say i do believe my job employs the highest percentage of thieves in duval. For example i just recently did a photo shoot in daytona, my friend wanted to see how it went so i brought some samples to work. At the end of the day i put the samples behind some pictures frames on my desk hoping people would get the message to not touch my stuff. However, my pictures are still missing to this day. And thats not the first time! They're quick with it too. I once left my phone in the bathroom, made it half way up the hall came back and it was gone!!!I mean DAMN we dealing with pros at Citi. And dont leave food on your desk they nasty too...oh trust they will take a cookie or two. Really its just horrible..i mean maybe the company need a financial assistance program so Pookie and 'nem in collections can stop stealing other people's property.

i am a nurse in a hospital enviroment.  we have charge nurses and then our manager.  our unit is going through major problems.  we now have a new manager and she is the worse of the worse.  she immediately came on board and began firing nurses.  some nurses that had been there 10yrs+ have now left and taken lower paying jobs just because they feel threaten by this manager.   first of all, with this manager its all about power and controlling you.  she is very closed minded, so give up trying to talk sensible to her.  you must and i mean must kiss her a... to get any where with her.  she has turned day shift against night shift and the ones that are kissing her a.. she has them to snitch on other nurses whether it is true or not.  this manager loves the drama and will call a meeting for he say she say stuff right on demand to start a battle.  she is a control freak and if she does not like you then count on having an incorrect pay check, not being able to take time off, and no raise.  to top it off she has a charge nurse(her good friend) who is a compulsive liar who snitches on everyone.  the charge nurse even has her cell phone taking pictures of nurses sitting down once they get a break(trying to make it look as if the nurse is not working).  its so bad on my unit that we are considering a strike just to prove we cannot be treated this way.  this manager is aware of the unit dislike and walked into a meeting one day with her hands up and said " i aint going nowhere".  she is very threatening in nature.  what are we to do.  we have went to the union but this manager will lie to save her as.. in a instant.  please help, our unit is so mad we have this tired, controlling, manipulative, micro-managing bit.h as a manager.  we're so mad we could slap the patients bowel movement in her face.

 Don't let others get in your way, go around, through, over, under them.  If they aren't doing what they're suppose to do, SH*T!  Do you boo?  So when they see your back because you have surpassed thier ass.  Go ahead and let them hate from behind!  If you know what I mean? Tell them to kick rocks.  Because, rocks don't move, they have no feeling, plus their dumb a** will stump their toes and brains in the process.  Hope you enjoy laughing at them from afar.
