
Summer is only 30 days away, my phone as been ringing like crazy with people asking for last minute help to get their belly tight and booty right before the first day of summer. So I put together this info for you procrastinators. :-)
- Set your goal... to do this you will need to have someone measure you and write your weight and body fat. If you don't like knowing, understand it's impossible to set goals with out those numbers.
- Cut out late night TV viewing and make sure you get a good 7 hours of sleep, your body will need that time resting to make your transformation happen in 30 days.
- Eat your fat guilt free.... you'll need the guilt to keep you from eating carbs. If you'd like actual meal recommendations let me know my team and I would be happy to email you a meal plan. (jump right on the procrastinators)lol
- Workout before breakfast you will burn 20% more fat... since there are no calories in your system from food your body will tap into your stored fat for energy.
- Increase the intensity of your workout and keep your cardio to 10 per workout the most of your time needs to be strength training and flexibility.
