There are times we all fall out of exercise, due to illness or injury, a relationship or disruption from other things going on in our lives, and it’s hard to get started again. You may not even feel like thinking about it. But with these tips you can get out of that slump, and return with a vengeance.
Post your goal. After you get the support you needed to build anticipation. Print out your goal in big words. Make your goal just a few words long, like a mantra (“Exercise 15 mins. Daily”), and post it up on your wall or refrigerator. Post it at home, work and on the Dr. Fitness fan page. You want to have big reminders about your goal, to keep your focus and keep your excitement going. A picture of your goal (like a model with sexy abs, for example) also helps.
