5 Stages of Fitness you need to know
Stage One: Pre-contemplation-In this stage one is not remotely interested in changing. They don't exercise and have no intention of starting anytime soon.
Stage Two: Contemplation-In this stage one does not exercise but they are thinking about becoming active probably within 6 months. They are aware of the benefits of exercise.
Stage Three: Preparation-In this stage one exercises occasionally. They believer in the benefits of exercise. But have unrealistic expectations, with lead to high risk of disappointment and early drop out.
Stage Four: Action-In this stage one is active, they exercise but have not yet maintained their eating and exercise consistentely for 6 months
Stage Five: Maintenance-In this stage one has been consistent for 6 months or more. Still tempted to return to their old habits of less exercise.
