The Full-Body Crunch:
Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and your knees above your hips.
Lift the head, neck and shoulders without pulling on your head and neck with your hands. Relax the neck and look upward diagonally, leaving space for your fist between your chest and chin.
At the same time, use your abdominals to lift your hips up, drawing your knees in closer to your torso.
Release and repeat 15 times. Avoid swinging the legs in and out, or arching the low back. Tighten the belly as much as possible each time and exhale forcefully.
Do three sets of 15.
Halloween is opon us......Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid of Sugar!
In the last 20 years, the amount of sugar average person consumes yearly in the United States has soared from 26 pound per person to more than 135 pounds per person per year!
You are in serious danger and so are the children you throw candy at each Halloween. I know you either throw candy at them or those little monsters will be throwing eggs at you.... I know.... I have been egged in the past for not particating in this sugar free for all.
I realized when I gave other things like toys, books, stickers, glow in the dark sticks and temporary tattoo... I was not only a hero to the the Trick or Treaters but the parents too. Here are some other items I suggest your give puzzle books, nuts and school supplies. Work with the families on your block to start a candy free zone!
