Because the Situation is coming back on the show he has to beg his judge to move his court date with Abercrombie & Fitch, over the GTL-themed apparel. His court date is scheduled for June 14^th, and that’s when he will be at the Jersey Shore. the judge has not made a decision on the issue yet.

The situation wants $10 million form A&F for Trademark infringement.
